With the wedding 18 days away (who's counting; I'm certainly not), it is going to be a whirlwind.
To make sure that things go as smoothly as possible, I am posting the scheduled itinerary for the rehearsal day and wedding day so you can check online if you forget where you need to be when. Being on time is greatly appreciated.

9-10 a.m.: Meet at Gilroy Garden’s lodge for prep. Don't forget to bring accessories: Don't worry about a necklace as I would like to keep it simple. In terms of earrings or bracelets, green pearls (they don't need to be real of course) are preferred to keep the look soft and whimsical. Please keep in mind this is a garden wedding and anything too flashy would just throw off the style.
9 a.m.: Hair stylist Jennie Voight will arrive at Gilroy Garden's lodge for prep. Cost is $40 for everyone besides myself wanting to get their hair done.

2 p.m.: I Do Wedding Cakes drops off cake, decorates with flowers, at Creekside Terrace.
2:05-2:20 p.m.: Pre-ceremony photos of groom-to-be and immediate family at Creekside Terrace.
2:20-2:35 p.m.: Pre-ceremony photos of groom-to-be and groomsmen at Claudia's Garden and Circus Trees.
2:40-3 p.m.: Photographers photograph ceremony/reception area.
3 p.m.: Wedding ceremony begins in Claudia's Garden.
3:30-4:20 p.m.: Post-ceremony photos with entire bridal party and bride and groom at Carousel and Claudia's Garden.
4:20-4:35 p.m.: Post-ceremony photos with bride and groom and extended families at Claudia's Garden and Creekside.
